**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development and implementation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- HR certification (e. g. , SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
